Sir Alex Ferguson ends BBC ban

Link: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14664803.stm

Wow, after all these years it will be strange listening to him on the BBC and he will be now on MOTD and BBC online and Radio 5 live. I wonder how the Hansen Dixon Shearer and co act.

Give your thoughts on this good news.

This is the most suprising news for years. I am used to hearing SAF on sky sports and ITV.

Who voted this 1 star? This is huge, I didn't think he'd ever agree to speak to the BBC again.
Hope they ask for an update on Sneijder.

After all this time the Beeb won't want to upset him again.

Cue a whole lot of @rse licking from MOTD.

It's going to be cringeworthy and worse than sky!!!

Hopefully MOTD will still interview Mike Phelan now and again as I found him quite witty in his replies.

I wonder how long it will take for them to upset AF.

I would love it if when MOTD asked AF his opinion on a booking of his player, a Man U goal being disallowed etc if AF said "Yes, the ref got that decision correct, I have no complaint" just to see the reaction of the interviewer and people in the studio. Although if this did happen I'm sure he would have said to his players he is going to say this.

I've heard that the BBC have bought a solid gold, jewel encrusted Panda's tongue just to lick his butt with.

For Fergie to back down like this the Beeb must've retracted the allegations they levelled at his son.

However, if it is just a contractual obligation then Fergie will make the Beeb interviewer's life hell. He may end up talking about random things to such an extent they ask for Phelan! should make for amusing viewing!
