Ebola in Glasgow

Just seen breaking news that there is a case of Ebola in the Gartnaval! I dont know a hell of a lot about this disease but its scary to think that the health worker who has it travelled from Sierra Leone to Casablanca, then flew to Heathrow and then onto Glasgow via a British Airways flight last night.

Is there no way of medical checking anyone from Sierra Leone before they fly into the UK and even then again in Heathrow before they onward travel.

I feel sorry for the victim and I hope they make a full recovery, but its the lack of checking and picking this up before they enter Glasgow that bothers me!

Fingers crossed this is a low risk issue and its isolated now!
