Remember days at Ibrox like this

Just watched the 3-3 final,and great memories,G3.

Hard to believe it was 87.

I was between the half way line and the don's fans and loved the huge crowd,as I had only been to Ibrox and Parkhead,before then.

Those Skol cup finals were greaet! I went to the 86 one where we beat Celtic 2 - 1, first trophy we won under Souness! I was in the Rangers end, Brilliant game and atmosphere! Think that was the one Mo Johnston got sent off!

Anyway, the next year 1987 I made sure I had a ticket for the Rangers end again when we played Aberdeen, and the day before the game I got really ill and was bed ridden for 3 days! It turned out to be a classic, 3-3 after extra time and 5 - 3 on penalty's taken down at the Rangers end! I had to watch it in bed and I didnt even get a chance to give my Rangers end ticket away to anybody. Waste!

Worth a look again, just to see Coopers free kick!! Link below. That was unstopable! I seen him score one like that against Hibs at Ibrox in a cup game. I feel privilaged to have seen cooper play. Great memories!

i mind the free kick and my mate saying when cooper stepped up , here we go equalizer coming up, and me telling him to calm doon

turn round to grab my mate only to find him hopping about on one leg hugging people then shoutin , wheres my sanny ahve lost my sanny and looking down picking randon things up(it was about ten foot behind him)

Forgive me if you have read this before,but when we beat Celtic 5-1,in the Walters n Wilkins show,I wasin the East Enclosure.When Wilkins scored,my glasses flew aff in the mayhem,and my mate lost his diabetic syringe too,going mental.
Got my glasses back,with one lense only,anda nasty peeler stamped on ma mate's syringe after the final whistle......he must have been a bitter bhoy?

I know DC............Cooper was nearly as blue as you,mate.
