No suggestions from those who have told everyone Martinez is not the man?

Strange, you are all quick to tell me he needs to go

It's easier to point out a problem, than to offer a solution. It's easy to see why people are disillusioned with Martinez this season. It's not just the lack of results imo. It's the style of football we produce and martinez's refusal to change things. I find it hard to believe that even martinez's biggest fans can be happy with what we are producing this season.

Do you need to be a martinez fan or a supporter of the club. I have faith, martinez has 18 more league games to sort it out. Is he to blame for poor passing and bad control?

I would lay blame at all involved

He is to blame for team selection, for tactics & subs. While I enjoyed some of the footy we produced last season. I still though we over played at times, but was obviously happy because we were winning games. I hope Martinez can turn it around but I don't have 100% faith in him.

If the first sentence is a question. Then I would say you need to be a supporter of the club. Personal come & go & yes we might like some more than others, it remains us the fans & the club that remain the only constant.

I am a supporter of the club, having seen worse under Moyes, Smith, Walker and Watson/Kendall/Harvey.

Yet even during years of dross served up by these men I stuck by them until a new man came in......that support then passed onto the new guy.
Kendall came close to the boot and fans wanted him out.

Good for you
Imo it's good that some people are unhappy. We used to be a big club. We used to win things & that's what I want back. I personally don't agree with the people who want someone like pulis. I am far from happy with the current situation. I am unsure if the manager is good enough I know the chairman & board ane not good enough. Saying all that I would rather be proved wrong than right.

It's all good and well being unhappy.....but we're these same people unhappy with Kendall, wanting him out?

I am not saying Martinez will match the great man....but unless given time how will we know

David Moyes footballing genius will take a lot to get back to Everton. Funny the two managers who got praised the most Martinez and Rodgers been found out. Having said that Real Sociedad seem to just beat the top 3 teams

Let's save praise for the genius until he manages an away win at a top club in Spain. Something he never managed in the league with Everton against Arsenal, United, Liverpool and Chelsea.....

He had a great record against City however
