there seems to be two different groups buying shares. what is the difference between them?
thought about joining the RST but their payment page doesn't seem to use HTTPS which put me off somewhat.
Rangers First or RST

Elite rangers first has 3 different suggested price models but you can pprettymuch choose any amount.
Curly has pretty much summed up the difference between the two

Where do the 'Sons of Struth' fit in in all this infighting?
Seems to me there is as much diversity among our fans as there is in the various groups vying for power in the boardroom.
Until the 'Gers somehow get this all sorted out, I can't see us even being a shadow of the club I grew up supporting.

Give them feck all lads.
The money men need to prove their worth.
Taking the fans cash at this stage is just so desperate.

im not convinced of either model but if i were to choose one it'd be Buy Rangers
at least if you decide its not for you or working out the way you wanted, you can withdraw and receive a shareholding back to yourself
Rangers First, well you don't get anything back if you want out, your basically contributing to a Ponzi scheme to ensure the rats who tried to stitch up other Rangers fans by hacking emails and threatening police action over lies and smears get a slice of the cake
i will never contribute to RF knowing where its came from and who done it

Sdf firstly its not a ponzi scheme it's the same scheme that has worked with countless other clubs and has acheivrd either outright ownership or board representation in many clubs including hearts.
Second the very fact you can cancel buy rangers and take shares is a reason I would not join it. I have no idea how they expect to negotiate board representation if the holding could fluctuate so wildly.
Finally can you substantiate this activity? If so I would hope these people are removed as trustees of the scheme can be voted on by the members.

I don't see the point in contributing to something if further down the line your own circumstances change that you can no longer afford to contribute, you get nothing back
you'd be aswel saving up and buying you own personal shareholding
