To be honest it may be my fault as I remember talking to a journalist down there about palacios and wolves, he just ran with it.

I did the same when up in Scotland. Only we ended up signing Eggert Jónsson

DJ, I didn't say we were in debt when we were in the top flight. According to reports we had a surplus. But since then we have been relegated again (my fault according to Bute by the way) and now appear to be in debt. Hardly surprising given all the facts. i.e. players wages, loss of revenue etc.

Getting back to the artcile for a mo:-
Wolves must wait on Sako's future

Wolves head coach Kenny Jackett says Bakary Sako's future will not be decided until the end of the season, when his present contract expires.
The 26-year-old winger, currently away on African Cup of Nations duty with Mali, signed a three-year deal when he arrived from St Etienne in August 2012.
"His next contract is a very important one and I would not say it's not going to be at Wolves. But he'll make the decision based on the potential on us going forward and what else he can get," Jackett told BBC WM 95.6.

Not a hope that he’ll be with us next season unless we are promoted and even then I think it is unlikely so yes, his future will be decided on the summer – he will decide where to spend his future.
Don’t fret though I’m sure we won’t miss him!

The 2013/14 accounts will likely look relatively ok because if you remember they put a provision in the previous accounts for the unavoidable losses caused by relegation.

We really need to keep plugging this 'Barcelona of the championship' tagline.

Latest score in ACON is Cameroon 1 Guinea 1 and all the three previous games have also been 1-1. What on earth happens if all 6 games in the group end 1-1
