Since the window has opened, we have only spent a few million pounds on an unknown quantity, yet won two tough fixtures convincingly. What do they do? They conjured up a meeting and come up with a new issue to nag about: Mourinho is about to spend some money!!!

Tonight a hero will rise, that will be Wenger and all the infidels will perish

LOL. Godfather's posts don't age well at all. You hear the same short-term memory loss-inspired tripe being parroted by him any time we hit a good patch of form, while history continuously proves the Wenger doubters correct.
Nearly 3 years on and my post as well as other's posts here are still completely relevant. Not because we're all mastermind oracles but because Wenger is the most predictable top-level manager around. Predicting Arsenal's future fortunes is simply a case of copy-pasting the past 5 years. And it will only get worse as Wenger stays still and other PL clubs continue to recruit tactically-astute managers from abroad. In a league with proven winners like Conte, Pep, Mourinho, Klopp and a promising new generation of coaches like Pochettino and Silva, is it any wonder we can't compete.
LOL at Godfather and Oxtail and anyone who still thinks Wenger isn't past it.
