going to get on? I am fairly confident Spurs can pull off another 2-1 win, WBA are hardly pulling up any trees, and even allowing for a bit of fatigue from Wednesday, I would expect Spurs to have too much. WBA have only beaten Hull and Villa in a dozen games, so even with Pulis in charge are not exactly blazing a winning trail. They played well at Spurs earlier in the season, but I am not expecting lightening to strike twice.
Lloris, Rose, Chadli, Townsend and Fazio all probably to come back in, to freshen it up a bit. Shows how strong the squad is.
WBA tomorrow, how are Spurs

You do know WBA have not beaten many teams this season, don`t you. Your building them up like Spurs are facing fecking Real Madrdid at the Bernabeau.
Yes we know Spurs being Spurs will make the game tricky, but FFS they are there for the taking. All this pressure and stretching nonsense, WTF have they only managed to win what is it four games all season.

I hope I am wrong Sandy but I look at the way they setup and the way we do I can only see one result.
The problem is we have poch, do'agostino and Jesus all are yes men. There is no one there to say maybe we should try something different. (Like Freund did for avb) and I am no fan of steffen freund in regards to football.
By saying all of this I will happily take all the credit for our 3-0 win tomorrow!

Pulis is a very good manager and proves that last season at an already relegated Palace. He wasn't happy with their away point at Everton which says a lot about the man. I will take a draw all day long.

Of course he was, they barely touched the ball apart from clearances. I saw bits of the game and the stats show they offered absolutely nothing, which is what I'd expect from them at a place like Everton

I must admit i was totally baffled the other day when you remarked that AVB was/is 10 times the manage of Poch.
Do you just personally not like our manager ? Avb had a world class player in Gareth Bale who at times was winning games for us single handly.
Under Poch (in his first season) we are averaging almost 2 points a game in the premier league, into a cup final and still in Europa.
You may not like him personally but i think Poch is doing rather well.
Also there were many Southampton players who were gutted that he left and spoke very highly of him.

nothing to do with personality pochs a nice bloke has time for everyone at the club. Only said it because people were berating avb for the same thing that poch is doing. no plan b, poor substitutions, etc.
if you look deep at games we are a poor side mate and i am getting so annoyed at watching it. at this moment in time i sense a juande ramos scenario. Juande had too many ideas and poyet was not translating properly. poch seems to just have one. either way confuses the players.
my biggest fear is that in the summer when we change things off the field (transfer wise) we will get the types of players for pochs system and then be stuck with them when it doesnt work out.
i would LOVE to be proved wrong but i have seen it all before buddy. the change to recruitment networks, a shiny new head coach with supposed great ideas, a good base of a squad, etc.

I know Poch has his weaknesses its true some times his substitutions baffle me and i agree at times we do look a bad side.
I suppose what is impressing me with Poch is his affinity in bringing through home grown players. Players who are the heartbeat of our club. We have too many players that are prima donnas and hopefully they will be weeded out eventually.
I liked Avb and again Levy was too trigger happy in sacking him.
I agree with your last point. Too often we have seen new coaches come in with new ideas and philosophies to try and take our club forward. I like hat Poch is doing and this time i hope Levy gives him time to see it through.

Hmm, don't underestimate how well a player wants to do to market himself more...Step forward Berahino.
I am sure we are getting more tougher to beat and the fitness levels workouts played vgital part in those 2-1 wins, so yet again will we see that and another Erikssen winner?
This is getting more predictable by the week....But hey I am loving it
Three points will do
