Akpom should have been ahead of Sanogo.

I have consistently watched Sanogo in all matches including for France U-21. He is easily the best France U-21 player atm and I have no doubt he will come good with experience. I haven't seen enough of Akpom to say he is or will be better than Sanogo.

Sanogo's a good lad, good attitude, will be a useful player. Makes things happen.

I think people here are underrating Gibbs. Why do people always have to put down one player to big up another! Gibbs was very very good last season and people seem to have forgotten that. In fact my main issue with him is his unreliability due to fitness issues.

The France under 21 team has many talented youngsters like Fekir, Thauvin, Rabiot. There's no way Sanogo is their best player.

What was I thinking, Cazorla is irreplaceable atm but, I still don't see what Sanogo is good at other than his imposing physique, zero technique and has no football brain and he ain't young anymore.

Regarding Gibbs v Monreal, I still rate Gibbs however, he is too naive at times and have costed us games against Dortmund comes to mind and he doesn't concentrate 100% all game.

For me Ospina is on another level to poor Szczney, even Fabianski looks better than the jittery lad, he needs to be sent on loan to West Brom they need a keeper and Martinez has more to him than the Pole.

Do you honestly think Wilshere could be the heir to Cazorla when he struggles to complete 10 games without getting injured?

Akpom is well ahead of the very limited Sanogo, unfortunately Akpom is out of contract due to our incompetence and clubs are lining up to take him so we may not be able to keep him

Ok lets spread the love among all players who put on the Arsenal shirt. To be honest, both Sanogo and Akpom at the moment don't have end product contrary to what the OP says. Both are still very young and both will most likely be great players.
