How to get suggestions to the FIA?

Okay so as the title states I'd like to make a suggestion to the FIA regarding making races more competitive and interesting, especially for the backmaker teams and give some of the front runners more of a chance against the Mercs

The suggestion is for every fastest lap that a driver does then he should be rewarded and receive a free usage of DRS or double KERS and for the backmarker teams if their within a certain time of the fastest lap they should also get a KERS or DRS boost. It would make everyone on the grid push as hard as they can, especially the front runners and backmarkers.

So if any FIA official is reading this then drop this in the suggestion box at the next rules meeting

Thanks in advance

I think this is a dreadful idea, like the double points.

The FIA no longer care about the rules of F1. When the strategy group was created, they effectively gave away two thirds of their rulemaking power for $40m a year.

If you've got any ideas about the TV production of F1, I can pass these on: I've successfully got some of my ideas through to FOM before, which amazed me considering how much they are derided by most fans.

Formula 1 is not like other sports where you have a governing body setting the rules for the competitors to follow. F1 is in reality a commercial contract between 3 parties, The FIA, FOM and the teams.

Nobody listens to the fans, which is possibly a good thing as the fans can not agree amongst themselves what they want. The only issue the fans united on was criticism of double points. The real power for change is in the hands of the broadcasters.

As for TV coverage I share the views of Autosport. FOM should relax their tight control of the product and allow people to upload their own post race edits to YouTube.
