This will be a huge challenge for our lads both mentally and physically.
My heart wants a 4 or 5nil win for us, a perfect response to his mind games and insufferable arrogance. In reality I think we will struggle, with players not being fully recovered from the Accy match and our growing number of injuries.

A draw would be an ok result for us, but not for Southend. I am sure they will test us, but I am sure our defence has enough resolve.If we get the first goal, Southend will have a mountain to climb to get anything out of the game. We know how good they were last season, but are they as good as last season ?

Saturday was not a classic game for us and we never got into top gear all game, but we were very clinical.

Its time we put this team into top gear and show Southend what a great team we are.

Think we will be OK.

Quite possibly the biggest game of our league lives with the possibility of going 9 points clear of 4th place with 9 games to go. Hard to see the chasing pack making up more than a point a game - we would need a conference season collapse and have three of the chasers to go on a championship level run.

But an early finish is not really the way we do things here is it?!
