Lara would outbox Thurman.

Thurman is an average sized welterweight despite being heavier than usual against Guerrero. Against Guerrero he weighed in at 147 on the dot, he usually comes in about a pound under, that was a sign that he would move less and he did. On fight nights he usually weighs between 153-157 (he was 153 against Bundu just 3 months ago), so it's clear he put on the extra weight to hold his ground more and move less.

Thurman wouldn't be the same fighter at 154, I don't want to see him move up there until the end of his career, not sure his power would carry up and I see him getting outboxed by guys like Lara, Andrade and maybe Charlos. At 147 he is a force to be reckoned with, he should stay there for his prime years.

Id actually love to see a lil triangle match up setup ...
Khan v Brooks (i have Khan UD by a bigger margin than most will) then Thurman v Khan (Thurman sparks Khan out in later rounds) finished off by Thurman v Brook (Brook takes a narrow points victory) finish it off with Khan v Brook again which i think would be a lot closer second time round
