What a fight this promises to be. The current featherweight king jose aldo vs a fresh new upcoming contender from the shores of ireland. For me the build up for this fight should be terrific and the fight itself promises to be electrifying .
Mcgregor has very good striking and despite his resume not really consisting of top level guys he has still managed to put on some impressive performances. Due to his fights not going the distance we haven't really seen other aspects of mcgregors game so it will be interesting come fight night when he comes face to face with the featherweight king.
Jose aldo needs no introduction. Anyone that has watched MMA for a long time would have seen his rise in WEC. He ran through opponents with ease in ruthless fashion. He has some of the best striking in MMA and his leg kicks and knees are easily the best in the world. Not only that,this is a guy who has won championships in BJJ,he is a black belt so he knows what he is doing on the ground also.
The way i see this fight going is mcgregor starting off quick and trying to press aldo and apply pressure. Aldo will look to be more methodical and the first few rounds could be cagey affairs. But once we are in the championship rounds and aldo realises that mcgregor can't take him down then i think aldo will open up and start landing some big shots onto mcgregor. Personally i do not think there will be any finishes here so i'll go with a UD win for aldo.

Tikataka you do know who jose aldo is right?
He has never been finished via Punches or kicks in his entire career whilst fighting some tough opponents.
Mcgregor has only been as far as the 3rd round once in his career. Come fight night Aldo will take him into deep waters and take him to the bottom of the ocean.

It will be interesting to see how Conor reacts to having his thighs soccer kicked from hell 20-30 times.
If Jose takes away Conors movement, and the base for his power shots then he could struggle quite badly.

He hasn't run in his 26 previous fights, so its unlikely he'll start in this fight.
I appreciate you're a Conor McGregor fan, I just hope CM respects Jose Aldo's speed, power & accuracy more than you do...otherwise it could be a short night for him and a tearful one for yourself.
