The managers/players are trying to force the FA into 4 subs being used in a game.
Please NO !
There is nothing more annoying than managers using subs from 85 minute onwards for no other reason than to waste time.
This and teams running the ball into the corners near full time really annoy me.
Other things that annoy.
Players appealing for throw ins and corners when it is obvious who the ball came off.
Players acknowledging a pass from a colleague when it has been over hit by 20 yards.
The usual shoving and pulling at corners.
Diving cheating, feining injury.
They are taking the paying supporter for mugs.
Lets stamp all the above out for a better game.

If a player has to be subbed off due to concussion then that should be a free sub imo, this will obviously have to be verried by the doctor at the game.
Also do away with only have 5 players on the bench. Managers should be allowed to have a min 7-8 Players to choose between.

An extra sub for extra time seems fair. Other than though,no reason to change the current 3

Na 3 is good. Extra time sub seems fair but it doesn't matter if the keeper is injured or player is knocked out in normal time 3 has been the tradition.

It's really not. Subs were only allowed in th elate 50's / early 60's and even then it was only 1 for an injured player.
It's far from a tradition.
