Well this is so much fun. Hadn't really catered for requests and I have a couple of things up my sleeve for when we get to the bigger numbers but what the heck! Throw in your suggestions and I'll see what I can do.
No 90 then. Ivan Calero. 3 starts and 3 subs., Great build up. Will he sign or won't he? Bit lightweight for league two is my assessment. Returned to Derby County.
89. Lionel Ainsworth. Also 3 starts and 3 slightly longer subs. Remember him most for a one on one that he bottled unfortunately. Last spotted in the SPL with Motherwell.
88. Romuald Boco. 3 starts and 5 subs.1 yellow. Surely the only ex-Brewer to find his way to the Indian I-League. With Bharat FC.
87. Shane Redmond. 4 starts. Another of the League 2 debut boys but generally considered to be at fault with two of the goals. To his credit he did fight his way back and may have got a longer run but for an injured finger. Returned to Ireland where he was last found at Bray Wanderers.
86. Matt Harriott. 4 starts, 1 sub. I think he was Gary Rowett's first signing, but can't really find a memory of distinction. Started 2013 at Northampton, but loaned to Hayes and Yeading with the trail cold after last summer.
85. Richard Jackson. 4 starts and 1 sub on an eighteen month contract if I recall correctly. Retired.
84. Robin Shroot. Another League two debut boy. 4 starts, 3 subs, 1 yellow. Gave me the impression that he thought he was too good to play at our level. Shown the door by Pesch.Last sighting at Sogndal in Norway.
83. Kevin Stewart. 4 starts, 3 subs, 2 goals, including the winner last Saturday of course. No doubt on his way back to Liverpool. Will watch his progress with interest. Impressed with his ability to win the second ball. Welcome back anytime if he needs more experience.
82. Patrick Ada. 4 starts, 4 subs. Definitely not welcome back. The first on my list to get himself sent off though that indiscretion pales into insignificance against the five years porridge handed down in December 2012.
81. Keith Gilroy. 4 starts, 7 subs. 1 yellow. Injury deprived him of the opportunity to build upon his substantial contribution during the Conference years. Still seen on the roads of Burton with the L in his name highlighted in red. Combines his driving coaching with instructing the under 14's at Derby alongside two other ex-brewers higher up the list.
A couple of legends, a pair of regular bench-warners, a mysterious disappearance and a goalscoring goalie to look forward to tomorrow

I'm really enjoying this series Steve, you're a fountain of knowledge. Thank you very much for doing it. It's especially interesting to learn where the players ended up, after leaving the Albion.

Yet another top quality read Steve.
I will leave off my requests until the end just in case you will corner them off anyway.
- Patrick Ada. I wonder if he gets a game in the prison team. Probably not.
- Ivan Calero. The expectations that we had of him were so far removed from what we got. He was very poor.
- Robin Shroot. I have heard it said enough times that he thought himself too good for league 2 that I believe it to be true. Interesting to see he has found himself in the top league in Europe at one of the most famous clubs in the world.
- Kevin Stewart. Absolutely brilliant footballer. I can't speak highly enough of him. Combative, energetic, good tackler, industrious, influential, an excellent passer of the ball and a goalscoring midfielder. I really hope that a season long loan is secured for our league 1 campaign.
