Mikel is good, but like all players diong badly he should be dropped. Oriol is just 19 and only experience so far is 20 appearances in the Segunda. Hard to know how good he'll be.

On Ramires I'm struggling to see why so many people want him dropped to DM. His best position is where he is now. His pace is actually unreal sometimes - when he's on the counter and the ball is far ahead of him you always know who's going to win the race. Easily one of the fastest players in the PL. He's still improving. Still needs more compoosure in the final third and a more consistent shot. But he'll be very good for us
