Good appointment

It was never going to be Neil redfearn. He did a decent job in keeping is in this division but there were always too many question marks whether he was the man to take us higher.

The biggest internal question mark will always have been his limited use of the squad at his disposal. Time will tell whether this is a justified question. Many players have been written off by the fans but by bringing in a new fresh face all players will start equal again. With the stricken-6 episode and rumours of divides in the camp this will give us the opportunity of trying to reinite the dressing room.

Rosler will get some new players for sure. However, the most important role he has is surely getting more out of some of those at the club.

Doukara showed early promise and then didn't look interested. Not been involved for a while. I think most fans have seen that there is a player in there. Can we find him?

SLoth a Danish international that cannot get a look in. Again surely better than what we have seen?

Bellusci an expensive addition that has not given value for money.

Bianchi who never really found a role on the side.

Leeds will only improve by having someone at the helm who can reunite the dressing room, adapt tactics to suit the squad he has and get the best out of each and every individual.

I pray that Uwe is that man.

Well said kebab, completely agree with the point about giving players freedom and getting the best out of them. We have a history of letting decent (for championship standards anyway) go... Very annoying;

McCormack - proven championship goal scorer
Clayton - one step away from premiership
Howson - as above
Johnson - as above
Kasper - Doing wonders at festa
Wickham - I know he wasn't perm, but looks how he's transformed himself at Sunderland, looked clueless playing for us.

What is it with players and Leeds Utd? They don't seem interested and it's a management / set up issue. Unless we sought that, we can bring in the Mexican wizard and fek all will change.

Lots of Leeds fans positive today, I'm 50/50. I think we have signed this dude too early. He'll be gone before the season starts - you mark my words.

afridi....I don't think he'll be gone by the time the season starts, he's not stupid, he'll have done his homework on cellino, he'll probably know of his possible ban, him & pearson doing the presser spoke volumes to me....don't expect cellino to be calling the shots whilst he's banned, not with pearson there....& with rosler focussing on a top ten finish, I think he's quietly confident of making the play offs...but doesn't want to commit to that which is a sensible thing to do imo

by the way clue no1 will be what/who will be in his backroom staff....by that I mean numbers

It looks like MC will probably receive another ban.And even though we think he is as mad as a box of frogs,he will know it himself....But. He has put a lot of his money into Leeds United and will still want to see his investment grow....He has put into place Pearson that knows his way around a football club at our level. He now has put into place a coach that can operate at our level. Hopefully Redfern returns back to the youngsters where he has shown he is good at bringing through good young footballers.....The only thing that we now have to see is a little bit of money spent on some good additions this summer.....There may be some sanity comes out of all this eventually. Maybe it's not as gloomy as some think.

Totally agree Kev,
Invest in some quality,
Let peqrson run the club,
Rosler the team,
NR the youth,

Sounds a bit too simple eh?

est It's good but it's not Carling.

este, as simple as that!

Who's the French guy that's running the club est?.

I can't see Rosler not being here at the seasons start, if he's signed for 2yrs I cant see it being a "kick you out free" contract!..

Here's hoping but not building that hope to far for the future!..

And the only part that's holding that hope back has nothing to do with the coach!..
