frampton/quigg

Virtually everyone on here singing the praises of Frampton and bad mouthing Quiggs record. Did not take the offer, has been on his ar se twice in the opening round and has struggled to get the better of the 10th ranked Mexican. Mcguigan deserves all he gets for the humiliation he put on Quigg in the ring after Framptons earlier fight when he started saying more or less that Quigg is nothing.
Quigg, perfectly humble bloke stops Martinez in 2 rounds,a hungry, last chance saloon Martinez. Frampton struggling cos this guy doesn't lead with his face, beautiful stuff. Stick to down-the-card overseas fights cos the knowledge of the Brit fighters on here is limited, remember Brook,Froch etc. Unbeaten fighters, like unbeaten horses should not be underestimated and some on here talking about Quigg being thick have been 'schooled' in and out the ring by him tonight,Humility in victory and no mouthing off.
Danny boy Barry having a stevie cruz night all over again with his son training his protege, karma'd up big time.

Wtf was that OP about.. I couldn't understand any of it. Thought Quigg fought a great, tight fight tonight.

Crolla was robbed. Normally it'd be funny to laugh at a Hearn fighter being robbed in the UK but I feel gutted for Crolla after everything he's been through.

Frampton/Gonzalez showed the gulf between European and up and coming Mexican fighters. Cant believe this kid is ranked the 10th best Mexican!!

Gonzalez was amazing and this lose will help his career, Carl got taken by surprise by how good the kid was but he gritted his teeth and got stuck in and will learn.

Anyone who watched the Lee Selby program on the BBC will see how he got mullered in sparring at the Wildcard Gym, fighting away from home against hungry up and coming South Americans is always dangerous and McGuigan could have potentially derailed Carls career.

However if he has to move to Featherweight then Gonzalez showed the template he will use against Selby.

It will be a good fight!!

Gonzalez was ok but the lethargic style was awful. He needs to up his workrate and develop a killer instinct.

Frampton looked good - I like his style; the announcers were saying his style was awkward, but I disagree. It works perfectly because he's very light on his feet and can get good extension.
Plus he seems to have a good chin, and wants to fight in USA against the best
