Wanyama hands in transfer request

Wanyama would be an excellent signing. A real colossus in cm

If we were to get Wanyama and Berahino id be over the moon but I can't see a Levy shelling out £40+m

The team needs a lot of work.

We still wouldn't have a player that can thread the ball through a tight gap and control the game. Wanyama will no doubt help the defenders and break up play but we would still lack the type of player mentioned.

Levy always stall over an extra few millions and drags it on until someone else is willing to pay or gets lucky and finds a bargain. Most of the time it fails and we end up with said player lite.

If by the end of the season the team misses top four by a handful of points then you have to question why he doesn't get the job done earlier.

We could sign Wanyama, Berahino, Bolasie, Neymar, Bale and still look like a bunch of amateurs when put together.

To be honest missing top 4 by a few points is looking increasingly unlikely. Given our shocking start to the season I would grab 6th right now.

Berahino, Wanyama and Austin would finish off a decent transfer window.

Even though I still want that midfielder who can create a defense splitting pass.

I can't see les reed doing business with us but I do expect us to be very active

Maybe Alli could be this player? Time will tell, just hope he gets a run of starts so we can see what he's about
