Big opportunity tomorrow to show the league that tactically Liverpool have got what it takes. I do feel BR lacked a bit, last season domestically and in europe i though he was quite poor. Maybe with G Mc and the other fella who BR knows he can address this.
BR 4th season(edited) and he knows exactly what to expect from the top 4 teams, we all know how Arsenal will play tomorrow esp at the Emirates, so hopefully BR will set up differently to last season. I dont think he can complain about missing players too much, Benteke and Coutinho are both fit and he has many different options in mf, of course we also have Ings who knows how to score in the prem as well.
Right or wrong i am expecting a Liverpool team to compete and have a decent opportunity to win the game, BR has had a full week to prepare with a big squd to choose from. I do expect Coutiho, Ibe (if he plays) and Benteke to cause real problems, hopefully BR has his tactics spot on this time. Fingers crossed

Similar level managers like Allardyce, Hughes and Advocaat have all done it so Rodgers could too

This is obviously meant as a dig at BR but it's actually not far off the mark.
Go and play football against Arsenal and we'd probably lose. Go and bully them and we have every chance. West Ham, Stoke and Sunderland aren't as good as Arsenal, nowhere near in fact, but Arsenal are relatively weak physically. It's a tactic to consider, just go out there and try to bully them.

Well. i expect BR to have learnt from last season. I expect us to hit Arsenal on the break and concede possession to Arsenal, probably play what BR calls the "half press". I think thats when they come into our half we press them and look ot break quick.

TOOR, that's the spirit
Trouble with comparing BR to Big Sam, Hughes & Advocaat is that these managers have never finished above Wenger in the league. BR has.

My bad he's finished above Arsenal in the league, not Wenger. Not as a manager though
