What to do

So what do we do today and for the rest of the holiday.
After last nights damp firework display. Luckily Rotherham entertain Fulham so there is no need to look in on results today lady luck ensures we will not be bottom over the holiday. Businesses have shut up shop taking a leaf out of Phil's book. Time to tempt fate and fire up the outdoor cooking display burning grub and keeping it raw on the inside is a fine art taking many years to master. Crack the cans and get nissed all weekend gets my vote I've not come up with anything better or more appealing than that.

Football returns whenever when we face Wolves will Mark drop a full can on his foot and be out due to a holiday injury or will a miracle happen before the yellow banner stops scrolling. Does anybody care sod it pass another can.

Mark Davies looks like he wants to keep fit and play well this season.
He obviously doesn't want to be hanging around the Macron to long as things go down hill.
I think he's seen the light, and is eying a move away in the January sales. That's my take on it anyway.

Come on guys. It's not that bad, it's worse!!!!

You have to laugh otherwise you'll cry. Especially if your cutting onions to cook on the BBQ.

I went to the Bolton food & drink festival this afternoon. Visited a few food stands and watched a few bands whist having a few drinks. Actually without the ballache of football it wasn't a bad day all round.

More annoyed that with all the decent stands serving decent looking exotic food about that some people were still in Greggs and the rubbish usual food cabins that litter the centre.

I've started to see a Saturday without Bolton playing a massive bonus. Got another one next Saturday . Given me a chance to watch all of the t20 finals day too.

Ok who had the luxury of eating outside catering cooked over the coals ?
Here yet again with a blackened face and gritty steaks the peppers and onions burnt around the edges the onions which managed to stay on the grill rather than fall through did go down well once the charcoal from the edges was removed I made it through the day I have to admit to hitting the serious Jameson alcohol rather than cans later on it being a sure fire way of killing sam and ella before it takes hold.

Good news it works out cheaper than football I'll be able to get some more practice in very soon. I'm watching a video in a bit of a great chef to pick up some tips. "urdi gurdi goo you spray di frog green "

Pass the beers Quade Taylor scored the only goal as Bolton win the Manchester senior cup.

Just read Marc Illes article on club finances. If I didn't know I would suggest PG had written it. It totally admonishes him of any blame.

Time to relax and check the final bits of business later. It's the holiday weekend and today is the big one.

Fat Phil the porker is fattened and ready to be a star.
The stainless steel spike will be threaded through him with a twist and a smile as the coals turn a lovely colour then its on the new electric twirly thing for him for several hours. Buttered barms and fresh sliced pork from the pig today.
Poor NL can't make it he has the Bank Holiday sales to watch over seeing if he can shift some old stock so he can get some new its no wonder he is feeling down wishing he could look for another job. I guess that will leave me to drink all that Tartan Export for him.
The kids well they have got iron brew and Fat Phil's pork barms as well Chinese lanterns with pound signs on tonight waiting for the wind to take them over Gartside mansions as a fitting tribute to our fat phil.

Perhaps a bowl of Frosties first before I sharpen the knives. I imagine the knives will be out all over the place today
