Top 4.

Going by the teams who have performed the best so far, you wouldnt be too far of it you said City, Leicester, Swansea and Palace for top 4!!! The likes of ourselves, Arsenal, Utd and Spurs are tbh finding incredibly difficult to score goals!!

LFC...2 goals;
Man utd...2 goals;
Arsenal...3 goals;
Spurs...3 goals;

Why is this? Is it simply that the opposition have signed better players and now can stiffle these clubs? Or is it that its just taking a bit of time for the clubs to get going?

BTW...Of the 8 home games played today, only 1 managed a win. I think out of 40 odd home games so far in the prem, only 7 have been a home win; thats incredible.

Maybe, just maybe the prem is becoming like the old football league 1 with many teams competing, have top see how the season progresses.

---------
Lot of despondancy today, howwever; we are only 3 points of 2nd

First of all, this article is disrespectful to Everton and Swansea imo.

These two clubs are as good as any of the ones mentioned previously.

Secondly, having spent another sackload of money on new players, and declaring yet again that now you have "sorted" your goal scoring problems, like you did when Balotelli signed for you last year and now with Benteke and Ings, Liverpool only scored 2 while Spurs who are still looking for another striker, are ahead already in that department

How long can you excuse that David Brent impersonator at your club for?

Today' defeat and coupled with that reprieve you got against Bournemouth, shows everyone even remotely knowledgeable about football, that Brendan is clueless

Recall he was about to sub Coutinho before he scored the winner too?

Same old every year just because these teams have had a half decent start - I seem to remember West Ham were going to get CL football last year weren't they? And Southampton the year before? Remind me where they both finished again? The top six will be MC, MU, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool & Spurs. Like always.

With regards to Arsenal,Despite the lack of goals we have created the most chances this season, probably more than City. Difference being City seem to control their games better. Arsenal concede to Many chances as shown against palace & Liverpool.

OP you clueless buffoon, Liverpool will not get top 4, and you will not shake off the tag of 'occasionally engaging, but hopelessly deluded plonker'

People keep talking about the problems of this current season but the truth is the problems at Liverpool are ancient in that we have had them for a long time. Arsenal, Chelsea etc can talk about this season but for Liverpool we seem to be picking up where we left off last season.
