Ok gents, it's time to focus on our national football side, the side who can only be described as strippers, they get you all excited, hot and bothered and then ultimately let you down.
Team news, slight doubts over Scott Brown and Russell Martin but both are expected to make it which is good news, two huge players for Scotland (Brown suits Scotland's team more than ours).
Based on previous games and Strachan's tendency to throw in a few surprises the starting 11 could be anything. Here is what I would go with:
Marshall
Hutton
Martin
Mulgrew
Robertson
Brown
Fletcher
Morrison
Maloney
Naismith
Griffiths
3 subs to use: Anya, Fletcher & Forrest.
Now, Griffiths gets there on form and I'm not sure how Maloney is doing but he's always a goal threat for Scotland and needs to be in the team.
Naismith hasn't played much football and I would be tempted to go with Forrest but I'd prefer Forrest to come off the bench and try stretch Georgia when they tire if it's still 0-0.
Our next two games are arguably our most important, anything less than 3 points between the 2 and we are at best looking at a play off spot but even that wouldn't be guaranteed. 3 or 4 points would be great, 6 would be unbelievable but I can't see us getting more than a draw against Ze Germans.
Really looking forward to it though, there is a buzz about watching Scotland right now and everyone seems to be pulling in the right direction
Georgia 0 v 2 Scotland, Griffiths & Maloney.

As for the team I would go :
GK Marshall
LB Robertson
CB Hanley

RB Hutton
CM Brown
CM Morrison
LW Anya
AM Naismith
RW Maloney
FW Fletcher
Subs
Griffiths / Ritchie / Forrest if chasing a goal
McArthur / Mulgrew / Griffiths if defending a lead.

1 game at a time chaps, lets get Georgia beat and then move on.
I remember last time we went to Georgia........ they pumped us and we were playing very well under big Eck in those days.

Pretty much the same sort of scenario Kaiser, mind you we were a bawhair away the last time we lost there
A vital win tomorrow and we can go into the Germany game full of confidence. Their result against Poland tomorrow is going to be interesting....

The German result v Poland is crucial to us on so many levels.
Poland's win at the start of the group stage was a tough one for us to take as it put us behind them instantlly.
If Germany beat Poland it means they are pretty much guaranteed qualification or may well be guaranteed which could bode well for us still to play them. However if Poland win we can pretty much say goodbye to a top two position.
