Absolutely it's a big chance for Rodgers and the players to really turn it around.

If we could get maybe 12 points from these games then suddenly we are on 23 points after 14 games with a hell of a lot of the really tough away games done which would be a good position to be in and build from.

I just don't think we are quite there though. I don't think Everton have anyone missing who is really a key player these days, Baines maybe but young Galloway has done really well at left back.

We will score there as defensively they will always give you a chance under Martinez but I doubt our character. We relied massively on Gerrard in derby games over the years.

They'e a bit light in CM with Besic and Cleverley out.

I'm surprised Delafeou has not started many games but I'm sure he will against Moreno.

Be awesome to get a big win and kick on but it's very much on a knife edge and you're right, the lads lack a bit of character when the going gets tough.

Everton and Spurs are both due wins against us. Hopefully they have much longer to wait.

I predicted that we wouldn't get more than 12-15 points at the start of the season before the end of October. I still think I'll be right, and Rodgers will be gone (thankfully)
