You obviously don't understand the lyrics. Nowhere does he say that he isn't more fortunate than most. The whole point of the song is to 'imagine'. To imagine there was no borders, no religion, no money, everybody shared the world in peace.

He also sung I am The Walrus.

Ive taken acid before and so have loads of my mates and none of us at any point declared that we were walrus's
