Someone got a little too close to the "truth" for admin2's liking so he destroyed the evidence. Think we all know that to be true.

I always thought that when you fvcked up your boss should take the blame and deal with you internally.

Admin 1 publicly humiliated Admin 2. I can see Admin 2 taking him to Employment Tribunal over this.

Trainees should be allowed room to make mistakes.

I know what's happening though. I'm not daft. he is trying to force Admin 2 to quit to open up a position for Ivan which he promised him.
