Don Bradman's Cricket

Been playing this game for a couple of months and all I can say is all Cricket fans should own this, well ones with consoles anyway.

There is rarely a cricket video game which you could say anything positive about, but this one is really a top top game.

My previous favorite was Brian Lara's cricket but this just blows it out the water. Timing, shot selection, type of delivery, fielding positions all have to be taken into account.

I started a Career mode, and it starts off quite easy, but as you build up your player, the difficulty automatically increases. You start off in the English domestic league, over winter, if you play well, you can earn contracts in the Big Bash and IPL.

As you progress, and keep playing well, you will be called up to play international cricket (I'm not there yet). You start with 20\20, and if you perform well, you will get called into the ODI squad. Eventually you will get a call-up to the test squad, which is the highest level on the game.

Even bowling is fun, I'm a leggie, and you have to work (in lazy gamers terms) to get a top class delivery.

If you get a chance, give it a go....or just go out and buy it.
