Attack Reminds Me Of Liverpool With Suarez

Amazing how dangerous we look with Walcott and Sanchez playing close together up front with Ozil behind em.
I like how those 3 are always looking for each other. And they seem to have formed an understanding.

That's twice this season that we've looked menacing with such pace. The other game was at Leicester. And we scored 5 that game.

Unsurprisingly, Ozil looked like his old Madrid self. He is at his best when he gets the ball quickly on the break and he has to pick the right option. Some of the touches he showed yesterday were excellent.

Our incisive, cutting edge attack kinda reminded of Liverpool two years ago with Suarez up front.
Has Wenger stumbled across something? Can we end up having the best attack in the league.
The goals are suddenly tumbling in.

Dont want to sound funny but it was just ONE game, apart from the Leicester game we have been pretty poor in attack.

Lets do it for 10-15 games before getting out the red carpet.

Boss
You're right. I agree. But the formula is there.

I wonder how many goals and chances we create when Theo and Mesut play together. I imagine it's considerably higher than our average.

Let's be honest. Wenger wanted to convert Walcott to a striker from the start.
If not for his injury v Spurs then he would have likely been first choice for a couple of seasons now.

Yep that injury to Walcott really did mess us up, hes was just getting into the grove if i remember correct and scored quite a few goals including a hat trick against newcastle at home.

The only thing that worries me now is what Wenger does when this system stops working. He has a tendency to bleed these systems dry, even when it's clear as day the opposition have figured it out.

Sorry but only someone who hasnt got a clue had doubt about our goalscoring drought in the first games. We are able to score goals from everyone!

I think you guys have so much pace in attack it's your defence you need to worry about.

Tactically LVG got it completely wrong against you but someone like Mourinho would play to disable your attack by putting pressure on your midfielders, that's something we didn't do at all on Sunday. We pretty much let you play, anyone that lets Arsenal play will get played off the park bar the top European sides - Bayern

Alexis-Theo is very similar to Alexis-Vargas for Chile.
I think if anyone that has benefited from Giroud being benched it is Alexis. It gives him much more freedom to explore the final third. Giroud was starting to drift out wide for a while before he was dropped to accommodate Alexis, but it kind of defeats the purpose of him being in the team. With Walcott you have someone who is equally as mobile as Alexis and also has pace to use outwide.

As for Ozil, I don't want to say he performed in last two league games due to the change in personnel up top, but it does give him more options
