Just get it over with!!!

We all know it is going to happen even though most of us do not want it to happen, but i would be very surprised if Dougie is still are manager tomorrow.

Just get it over with Fawaz and bring Nigel in as we know you are going to do it very soon

I think if he pushes Doug before Christmas, unless we're really in trouble and appoints NLN, then the fans will turn on him unfortunately.

Had this conversation the other day, does it really matter what manager comes in if the players just aren't good enough?

Keep seeing the same old same old, talking about this manager would get this group of players playing etc..... Maybe, just maybe...... The group of players are pet of the problem!

Hearing rumours that things are getting fractious behind the scenes. Certainly borne out by what we are seeing on the pitch.

Ray, normal businessmen would know how to run a football club. The Al Hasawi's don't tend to have much regard for rules so who knows what they could do of they wanted to cut loose from Forest?

Fawaz's passion for the club is mentioned a lot as a real positive, it could be but also negative if it drives him to interfere a little too much. I've sat near him twice and he does seem to be engaged more than most in the directors box. In fact against Hull I was in the seating next to directors box and was the only pollock in the area doing nut in about refereeing decision, noticed when sat down he was doing same.

Say I got a different deal in life through family business, marriage whatever. I wouldn't expect trust running things myself, wouldn't probably do a half decent job. But I'd show passion, saying that in work at least, I learn from mistakes whether mine or colleagues.

If he stepped back, got people in blah blah blah blah....been covered so many times. Point is he would enjoy more, progress would probably be better, he could basque in fan attention with less grief. It's really obvious but no closer.

Tommo, it's not as if the playing squad hasn't been turning over. Take the 5-0 game when Billy left and first team this season, mostly changed.
