Away from all the talk of Paris tonight is a huge night for Irish football with the return leg v Bosnia tonight in Dublin.
After a 1-1 fog soaked draw in Bosnia we stand a great chance of qualifying for the Euro's when a few months back after a draw v Scotland in Dublin it looked like it was all over.
But a great win v Germany coupled with a poor defeat for Scotland v Georgia landed us in the playoffs.
Friday's game was poor and the second half was a total joke with the worst fog I've ever seen at a game without it being called off. Robbie Brady's goal gave us a great chance of victory but we conceded too soon after, however a 1-1 draw with an away goal is still a great result few of us Irish fans saw coming.
We will also have Johnnie Walters back tonight after suspension who has been by far and away our best player in this campaign and will make a huge difference to our attack. Shane Long trained yesterday and could start but he hasn't kicked a ball in a month. John O'Shea also trained and Martin O'Neill has a big decision to make on him, Clarke and Keogh did well v Bosnia on Friday but O'Shea has been the main man in our defense throughout also scoring a crucial goal to get a 1-1 draw in Germany early in the campaign.
So I hope you all have your green hats on tonight and are cheering for the boys in green, we need all the help we can get as on their day Bosnia are a far better team then we are with Pjanic and Dzeko being their main men.
Hopefully the game goes off without any incidents, we've been told to expect much stricter security checks tonight after Paris.
So COME ON YOU BOYS IN GREEN

In firness we did not deserve to win the game on Friday.
I just hope we dont go uber cautious tonight. I dont mind it its nil all with 10 to go but try and win the game from the off.
I was not too impressed with them on Friday night Dzeko and Pjanic (spelling?) aside they were quite ordinary although so are we.

I'm driving tonight as work on Ballsbridge so only a 10 minute walk to the ground and easier for me to just leave the booze tonight, be odd of we do go through to not get hammered after it!
The crowd should be right up for it and we really should have a proper go at them early doors to get the crowd really going and should we manage an early goal we could put the tie to bed.
Still very worried though that should it get to 60 mins at 0-0 we will try sit in and defend and risk conceding a late goal.
