I know my pedantic nature and need to have the facts of a situation recorded properly winds a few people up at times. Tough.
We recently lost a poster - Peggy - who had his account closed by Admin. That is fine, their site, their rules BUT I think it is important that the reason he was banned is recorded so when it gets trotted out over and over again in the future by someone with a vested interest there is no confusion over the circumstances.
Peggy was NOT banned for any comments made regarding the recent terrorist attack in France.
Peggy did NOT say anything offensive or out of order about those events.
In fact quite the opposite is true.
Peggy was banned for a comment attacking Cinci.
That comment was prompted by Cinci showing what Peggy considered a lack of proper respect for the efforts of English football to show solidarity with those killed or injured in the attack.
So when the situation gets reversed in people's memory and it gets mentioned that Peggy was banned because of comments regarding the Paris attacks just remember that isn't what happened. Don't expect Cinci to disavow anyone of their misconceptions he will just keep his head down and say nothing but you, I am sure, will remember the truth.

Maybe Peggy was put to pasture because it was clearly Taters attempt to wind people up with a duplicate id that originally purported to be 1, female and 2, a Liverpool fan.
The disproportionate comments around Cinci's views were the fuel Admin needed to deal with him/her/it.

I have no idea who Tater is but I can assure you Peggy had nothing to do with me whatsoever. I just think there is enough fiction and lies on here and wanted to prevent another myth taking root

I can see by how you highlighted the above that Perton took it wrong, but the comment wasn't hidden anyway so easy to see it.
I had Peggy blocked, so his comments, knowing I can't read them are a pure and simple attack on a poster and lets not pretend they had anything to do with Paris, they didn't.
Also, lets not forget in that comment he pretended he couldn't read my comments but yet felt strongly enough to lay on a load of abuse.
And he did ridicule the handicapped, even posting pictures, so it is you trying to change history, nobody else.

I saw the comment Tatter and Peggy did accuse Cinci of spouting bile despite apparently having him filtered.
I just cant believe you had the time or inclination to bother with this? But as I said at least it gives you some different subject matter for the constant petty and childish squabbles that seem to spur you all on.
