Squad depth

Everyone has been banging on about how we don't have a very strong squad and without Vardy and Mahrez we're nothing but has this now shown everyone that we do in fact have a very capable squad, able to cope without Vardy and Mahrez? Fox sports Australia seem to think so;

By everyone's reckoning that Spurs side had way too much quality for our bench to cope with but didn't really pan out like that did it

I read Spurs have struggled all season playing against teams that sit deep, yet some are still confident of beating us on Wednesday? They struggled to break us down in the league and again yesterday, so what will make Wednesday any different?

I don't think Spurs have the quality to open us up like Arsenal for example with Ozil. He could still find a ball to play through us even when compact and sitting deep. Spurs kept going backwards because they were running our of ideas and finding no gaps. I don't think Spurs have that player, you know a Mahrez type but we'll see soon enough.
