I only go on the Arsenal board and this looks to me to be the only one.... unless I have filtered someone that wrote another.
I checked other boards and found two other articles on Bowie, each with less than 14 comments....
sad is all. And I stand by my original comment.

Fair enough.
The ones I don't get and the "who?" comments, doesn't seem any point to them. I mean fair enough if you don't know who the guy is, but why bother to tell everyone else about your ignorance.

Yeah, its just sad to me when a genuine Icon dies and people don't appreciate them or give a toss.
Just feeling melancholy about it I guess.
reiterates my growing dislike for this site now it is overrun with so many simpletons.

Some real knobheads on these boards...wouldn't know good music if it slapped them in the face. Too busy listening to shyyyte like Pitbull...
I'm gutted at the loss of Bowie. IMO the best solo artist of all time. Been trying to come up with my top 5 list of Bowie songs, I've come up with:
1. Ashes to Ashes
2. Space Oddity
3. China Girl
4. Heroes
5. Young Americans

3) Absolute Beginners
4) Space Oddity
5) Heroes
