Actually agree with you Stretty.

He played against us for MK Dons and was on the radar and I was shocked we didn't go for him at £5 million.

He will likely be starting for England in the Euros.

Stones, Alli, Kane, Sterling, Barkley.

England have some good talent.

You're hyping up a player in this very article who while promising hasn't had as good a career as any of the ones I mentioned.

Poch is a great man, he's nurturing some decent English players tbf to him.

Stones will be some player when he gets a bit more experience, great on the ball and with decent anticipation, next 2 seasons will see him be a mainstay for whatever club he is at and for England

Stones is good on the ball and that's about it.

He's vastly becoming the most overrated defender on planet earth

Streety I don't disagree that atm he is being over hyped but imo, and mine only I think there is a quality DC in him, he will need work, the next 2 seasons where coaches can work on his positioning, tackling and strength will improve anyway as age comes

Would like to see him and Chris at centre of Utds defense in 2 yrs but you are right, he has to move on and up from his current level
