Spurs game 2nd start change

I sent this to Customer Services
" I am aware that all Premier League fixtures are subject to change to cater for TV. As I now live on the South Coast I always wait for any changes before making my travel arrangements .
As soon as the Spurs home game was moved from Sat 13th Feb to 1600 Sun 14th Feb , I booked my train travel accordingly .
The recent further rescheduling of this game to 1615 means I will miss the last 15 mins of the match as my pre booked train leaves Piccadilly at 1825 and I would not make it in time if I stayed for the whole game.
Can you please tell me why the match has been put back again to 1615 having already been moved once"
The wonderful reply was ' I do not understand what you are asking'.

If anyone does understand my obvious gobbledygook and knows the answer, please tell me

Move your train ticket to the next one? Free to do, and they will helpfully assist with your request.

You might be lucky as it's a Sunday.

So if you can get there in half an hour with time to spare, and a 1615 kick off finishing at around 6, you can get there at 1825.

What I'd do:

Stay to the end and if I missed my allotted train -

Buy a tcket to Ashburys, that would get you through the barrier. Get the next train and tell the guard, if he questions you, that the inspectors at Piccadilly OK'd it that your ticket would be valid for the later train.

...btw, I can understand tour annoyance at the clubs' flippant attitude. I was in a similar situation when they moved the time of the 2013 Cup Final and they cocked a deaf 'un when I complained.

Does that include the injury time you mentioned in your previous response

No, you seemed to dismiss injury time earlier when you said you would have over half an hour after the game to get to a 1825 train.
No Sunday 4pm game ends by 1755, so the assumption was you left before the final whistle

Like the assumption that i hadn't already looked at changing my ticket.
All I asked was if anyone knew why the kick off had been put back again.
I am booked on a Cross Country train, the only other option is to go via London and Virgin won't credit XC tickets under these circumstances

========
Because they moved the Arsenal v Leicester game to the Sunday, and as such had to delay the kick offs of the other two games for TV schedules.
