Bill has been waiting for the "right buyer" then is willing to sell to someone who seems proper shady (from what I have read about his involvement in the baseball team, San Diego.
Now I hope bill isn't to ill and don't take this the wrong way, but has there been any official confirmation of his "illness"?

Let's not bring his personal health into it.
He only holds 30% ish for Green so is it his decision. Who would be the right buyer?

I don't know how many teams that are owned by Yanks, but the ones that I know/knew had/have Yank owners:-
Man Utd - put them into multi millions into debt and some fans split to form a new club!
Villa - Lerner looks to be taking them into the Championship after what looked like a good appointment at first when he was splashing the cash
Liverpool - nearly went into Administration
Not the best record by Yank owners, is it?
Not saying any of the above will happen to us, but I have to admit, I don't trust Yank owners as football isn't their thing

Isn't Arsenal partially owned by a Yank.

66%.
He has to make an offer for the remaining shares.
Hasn't been a bad major share holder has he.

So if the £200m is for three people's shares they Yanks will have to make an offer on the rest held outside of the board....or is the £200m for all shares?

I presume they are going to buy the 3 major shareholders, shares (about 68%if I am not wrong) but I also presume the rest of the shareholders don't need to sell untill the American consortium has 90% of all shares.

I was under the impression that 66% ish forced an offer for remaining shares?
Either way if they invest then they will be the ones getting a return and not those who don't invest?
