They've already got enough to do with watching where the ball pitched, did it hit in line, would it hit the stumps, did he nick it, was it pad/bat or bat/pad etc. Then they may have to duck out of the way of a ball blasted back towards them.
Take the no ball calls away from them. As Richard Illingworth showed today, they can't even get them right!

Umpires miss well over 70% no balls. Impossible to do. With all that technology in cricket and cameras it's very bizarre that they still have to manage this.

Batsman gets bowled. Umpire calls no ball. Wasn't a no ball though.

It is a nonsense, the call could easily be done by the third umpire, he could probably catch it in less than 5 secs.

besides the no ball..Australia are destroying NZ,, Newzealand put all their eggs in one basket hoping to win the toss and bowl.They lost the toss and lost the game more than likely.. Dont have a problem with teams preparing wickets..england did it last summer.. England won the toss at Trentbridge.coulda been different if Australia had of won it.
