First of all , well done to the team last night ,they played really well, and were only undone by a brilliant goal from Cavani,we must give him full credit .
and
Reading and listening to the Spanish media , they all seemed to be impressed with both teams and the game in general, and thats saying something !.
It was a game that i really enjoyed ,the commitment and the passion shown by us was something that I'd nearly forgotten !
andSpanish media .

Mustn't forget to give full marks to Gus ,for getting the team back together and starting to play attractive football again .

Match was even as far as I'm concerned.

Haven't read/listened to much tbh, but I thoroughly enjoyed the game.
PSG deffo had the upper hand overall imo, but there was a sense of menace in Chelsea whenever you went forward, though I think there was a spell in the second half where you looked fairly overrun.
Overall I'd say it was a fair result, but don't think it would have been a shock if it had swung the other way.
As an aside, I really don't get this view that so many managers put forward nowadays about not conceding at home and almost suggesting they'd prefer a 0-0 draw to a 2-1 win.

I think also that it was a fair result ,it was so refreshing to see Chelsea open up and throw caution to the wind at times .
Caution was the one word that epitomised Jose's time at Chelsea ,and I'm glad that the boys have been told to express themselves more .
A lot of respect shown by both managers as well ,which is nice to see .

Ultimately though, this result was worse than the result we got under Jose last season despite the fact we are supposedly gaining for now and at this stage last season we were basically relying on Hazard as everyone else looked on their last legs
If we want CL next season this is our one shot, we need results over substance

If we play the return leg just as well , I think we have a great chance of going through .

So do I, but more thanks to PSG being wasteful than anything else

PSG were actually much better against us at the Bernabeu than at home, despite the scoreline suggesting otherwise.
We packed as much luck into that one night as Chelsea in the entire '11-'12 edition.
