Who deserves to start the NLD

Afternoon all,

Not to long until most of us finish work, and the nerves start to kick on as we have a massive game tomorrow.

Who would make your starting 11 tomorrow.

------------ --Lloris--------------

Walker-- Toby -- Wimmer -- Rose

----------Dier --------- Dembele --------

Eriksen --------- Alli ---------------Chadli

-------------------Kane

Subs: Vorm, Trippier, Davies, Onomah, Carroll, Lamela,Son

Lamela for me although he works hard lacks the goal threat of Chadli.
Son has been dreadful of late, and in my opinion Walker and Rose should start every premier league game they offer us such an attacking threat going forward it catches teams out.

So what are your teams going into tomorrow gents.

Who said anything about form?

Lamela offers more than Chadli in general play, both defensively and on the ball

Not a massive fan of Chadli if I'm going to be honest. I recognise him as a decent goal threat but off the bench for me is where he's best suited. I feel when he starts games he dosen't usually contribute much. Plus I find him very slow and lethargic. Lamela was poor against westham but Son was even worse when he come on and like chronic describes ( son has his clown shoes on ) ...... Now a certain KFC loving feathered poster won't agree but Son has been poor since his injury. Lamela to start.

I really like Chadders but he is most effective off the bench or in a slightly low key game.

I thought that Son would really kick on after coming back from injury and then his FA cup game, but he's been a bit disappointing

I still think he would be more effective as a striker than as a wide forward.

Lamela all day long over Chadli just for his tenacity. Let Lamela run them ragged for 60 minutes then bring Chadli on if Lamela has run out of gas. No excuses for two poor performance on the bounce and I don't think I'm mentally prepared for 300 threads about 'bottling' it. Giving it our all and getting nothing out of it is one thing, but not showing up is a hanging offence.

Lloris
Walker, Alderweireld, Wimmer, Rose
Dembele*, Dier
Lamela, Alli, Eriksen
Kane

Lamela is better at pressing than Chadli and we need to unsettle them.

* is Dembele confirmed as fit?

Son from the start for me - be is fresh, and has the legs to get at them.

He generally does look poor when coming on as sub, but I find he will get forward a bit more than Lamela, and Kane is looking like he needs a bit of support - neither Chadli or Pamela did that on Weds by all accounts

Same as the OP for me excpet Lamela or Son for Chadli.

Its a tough call for me but I would probably pick Son over Lamela purely because woolwich hate having a player run at them and he has done that quite well at times for us.

If its Lamela I wont complain because his work rate and attitude is normally good but I think I would gamble on Son coming good tomorrow.

The other thing is Lamelas tackling its only a matter of time before he gets two yellows and we really cannot afford that tomorrow.
