Call it fairytale or whatever you want but their levels of consistency are ridiculous in a season where virtually every team cant manage a 4 game winning run. Forget about Spurs 6 match winning run.The fixture list was kind to them and credit to them as they took full advantage but they are already showing nerves and anxiety.
I did not expect them to get anything out of Westham despite their good away record as the rivalry meant form would have nothing to do with it.I expect the same when they go to Stamford bridge. However they looked anxious from the 20th minute of yesterdays game and once we scored the doubts came back. A Coq mistake and with the crowd finding their voice gave them renewed hope but they arent anywhere close to the best team in the league as some people will have you believe.
City are also inconsistent and united will probably drop points after their all season high last weekend.
So why are Leicester different? Ive been telling myself its luck but their first 11 is as good as any in the league. They could certainly do with more goal scorers as Vardy has been found out but Mahrez keeps delivering and Kante is just so good its almost ridiculous.
A lot is said about what Ranieri has done differently but for starters the defence is way better than what it was under Pearson. Their ability to plug away until something happens is just remarkable. We have been trying the same patient approach but for some reason our players make a massive mistake or lose their heads, their players dont.
Morgan was being beaten left right and center yesterday but he did not lose his head despite getting away with numerous fouls.
Everything they do this season just works out.Its crazy. A lot of people underestimate what they did when they went away to City and Spurs and won. Thats where I think they may have won the league there.
If they maintain a 7 point lead going into the last 3 games then they will win the league.I actually think its over as Im convinced they will continue winning games.
How are Leicester doing it?

If you look at the table week by week, Leicester have been in the top four pretty much all season. Only because it's Leicester are why people are surprised that they're still there now, but if it were Utd/ City/ Chelsea no one would be making anything of it. Leicester have been consistently getting the results whereas the others have kept slipping up.
All good though, hope they win

Combination of mental strength, (refusing to believe they do not belong where they are) and genuine top class players such as kante vardy and in particular mahrez. Mahrez is the definition of unplayable when he's on the ball at times. He's like a turbo version of Payet in the sense that he goes past players like in the school playground better than even Messi in that respect
Also high energy levels which is also something spurs benefit from.
Belief is the main one though. I always wondered if an unfancied team would be able to prolong a good run of form. We always get one or two every season that start strong but drop off eventually. In theory there is no reason why that form can't be extended for an entire season if the manager and players had the know how to stay mentally strong.

Yeah, may have been a little out, but not that much if you do only win another three
Funny thing is I based that on you being under pressure but the clowns behind you can't even manage that.
