"According to reports, incoming City manager Pep Guardiola, is a great admirer of the Ox.
Ox, together with Sterling, John Stones & Joe Hart would form the core of English players upon which the new manager plans to build his team".
Personally, I think Ox would realise his football potential if he moves.
He can play on the right while Sterling will play on the left.
What do you think?

Pep transforms average players into world beaters. See Pique and Msacherano for reference.

Funniest thing i've read for quite some time. Macherano was already WC before he went to Barca.
Pique was also pretty decent but never got a chance at United. I don't think hes WC though he fits Barca like a glove.

He would do very well under Pep, IMO.
People forget the emphasis Guardiola places on width and directness, and just how much he gets out of wide players.
Pedro was playing in the Spanish 3rd/4th tier before Guardiola immediately brought him into the first team, and within a year, he was considered one of the best wide players in Europe.
Kingsley Coman was considered a flop at Juventus, yet has been absolutely fantastic for Bayern Munich, and has broken into the France set-up.
Much like Chamberlain, he was considered very quick and skillful, but raw and profligate in possession - yet he has come on leaps and bounds in the short-time he's been working under Guardiola's tutelage.
Douglas Costa, whilst still reasonable well-known, was certainly not considered world-class by any means when playing as a right-winger for Shakthar. Guardiola switched him to the left, where has been arguably one of Europe's most dangerous attacking players.
At Bayern, a big part of their game is moving the ball across field quickly, waiting for the opportunity to isolate the full-back one-on-one with their winger - a system in which great dribblers thrive. This is part of the reason why Costa, and in particular Coman, despite his flaws, have been revelations this season.
I personally think the criticism Chamberlain receives is way over the top, and - partly due to injuries, but also partly due to rotation - he's seldom got a consistent run of games down the right-flank.
I mean, take a look at this season:
He was man of the match in our first game against Chelsea - absolutely terrorising arguably the best defensive full-back in the league, Azpilicueta, and getting the goal that won us the match.
He had the second highest number of key passes of any player on the pitch in our second game against West Ham, and by far the highest number of dribbles - despite being asked to play out of position at right-back for a large portion of the game - and then got dropped.....
Came back against Newcastle and got us the winning goal and set up Bellerin with a ball over the top that should have been given as a penalty (in an otherwise, admittedly, quite game).....and then got dropped again!
Came back against Everton, had the beating of Galloway all day: played Sanchez through on goal twice and set up Giroud to hit the bar.
Then got dropped....
Then came back against Sunderland (a game which I didn't see), in what I understand was a disappointing performance - but was played left-wing, which is a position he has never looked comfortable, IMO - and then got dropped....
Then came back in against Bournemouth and created both of our goals (not direct assists, but on the first one, he got the ball around the half-way line and won us the corner out of nothing (from which we scored); on the second, he won the ball back for us to start the move, held off two defenders before releasing Ramsey, and then made a run behind the left-back to drag him away and open up space for the pass to Ozil.)
Had a quiet game against Newcastle, and got dropped again.
The only time he has had a run of 3 games in his preferred position this season was against Bournemouth, Burnley, and Leicester:
He scored against Bournemouth, assisted against Burnely, and against Leicester, he was arguably our biggest attacking threat in the first half (after which Wenger moved him to a deep-lying central midfield position) he created clear cut opportunities for Sanchez and Giroud with his set-piece delivery; created two great opportunities with cut-backs to Sanchez (which the Chilean spurned); and it was also his run that created the penalty appeal with the Kante handball.
Injuries clearly haven't helped, but even when he has been fit, he's never really been afforded a decent run in the 4 and a half years he's been at the club.
I don't want to see him leave, but I wouldn't blame him if he wanted to, and I fear if he does join Guardiola at City, it would really come back to haunt us.

The Ox should go if we can get good money for him, he has not delivered for us at all - I had such high hopes he could be a key player for us too - maybe somebody else can get it out of him because Wenger can't so let's take the money...

I like ox and would really want him to succeed at arsenal. But if the rumours of him wanting 100k a week are trye i would sell him this summer to the highest bodder and break the bank getting a real top quality player that can donit now. Someone like griezman. Ox has proved nothing yet in his career and that sort of money would be the 3rd or 4th highest earner at the club. We already have walcott doing nothing for massive money we dont need another

I actually do think Pep would make him realise his potential. He's done it with so many young players especially those with his style. As much as I think he's flopped there's no way we should ever be selling to a rival. Specifically young players
