Can things get any more embarrassing?
Who's going to the gala dinner?

That's the Forest way.
Joke club.
Look at the returnees tomorrow night for Shaun Barker's night from a Rams era past and present after being cruelly done in a forest game with the disgusting chants as he was shretchered off.
We are Derby, we look after our own.
Gala dinner, , maybe it was the white robe you have to wear

There have been traditionally a lot of people associated with the club for years whether the background staff or ex players. In fact, the legend who kicked off the boycott suggestion is talking about attending the fan organised get together before the Brentford game.
Overall all that's a bit of moronic hate filled post that is fairly wide of the mark, it's not the Forest way at all, it's the Fawaz way. A lot of fans are not happy at these things

The truth is NFFC has basically been lost to the supporter and now is nothing more than a very poor attempt by FAH to make money, we are seen purely as a business 'asset', milk it for all its worth, sod the supporters and eventually, move on. Unfortunately that is not only true at NFFC but across ALL sports, just ask SKY.

Well I'll turn up if you're going to pay!
That's nearly as much as my pension for a year.
Dosen't the fool realise that Nottm is a low wage area?

To be fair, as much as it stinks, it is not just Forest. Football is now owned by greedy people who just want to rip off as many people as possible, for as much as possible.

It was totally out of touch idea from the outset. Aimed at all the back slappers who Fawaz meets on match day in the commercial suites around the ground. If any one event over the last four years ever showed how out of touch the owners are with the fans, this is it.
I heartily applaud Colin Barrett's decision to speak out and think it is a great gesture by him to state that he will attend the FAN ARRANGED 150 year celebration set to take place on the 2nd of April before the Brentford game. If anyone hasn't heard about this, there will be a meet at the Orange Tree, Shakespeare Street, Nott'm before the match. The significance being that this was formerly the Clinton Arms where Forest were formed in 1865. Being organised by the LTLF gang. From there, fans will gather at the Cloughie Statue at around 1.30pm to then march to the ground.Hope it is really well supported and leaves Fawaz in no doubt how disillusioned the fans are with his reign. More importantly, it should allow fans to unite and at least mark the 150th anniversary in some small way as the owners seem incapable/unwilling of doing so inclusively.

I heard it's taking place at the chippy on Trent Bridge - £5 a head, includes a meat pie and chips - a can of pop costs you an extra 75p

Hope the chippy asks for cash up front
