Hi Folks,
As you all know about Salman Butt; the UK government can stop his test recall in spite of the willingness of Misbah-ul-Haq, the Pakistan captain, to consider him.
I wanted to know your opinions about this particular situation:
1. Does he deserve a second chance?
2. Or is it fair to England fans especially given his background to play at the same place where he committed his crime at Lord's ground.

Butt lied even when he came out of jail before owning up. The guy is pathetic, he was the captain and has destroyed careers and the reputation of Pakistan cricket. He should never be allowed to play again.

I doubt Misbah directly said he was thinking of Butt. You know what the media is like.. get 3/4 sentences mix them up and make a quote..
There is more chance of Aston Villa winning the league this season.. Then Salman Butt playing later on in the summer..

Also to add that if they are considering Butt then not much upcoming talent in Pak especially in batting.
