Good Afternoon or Good Evening Guy's
Now,
With reports via the Daily mail regarding a £5 Million transfer kitty whether true or not it will come about via loans by the three bears. The sums really don't concern me if it' via a loan or directly from the Rangers finance's as we've seen Rangers completely transformed this year while spending a pittance into the bargain.
King suggested that the club given that they win against Hibernian in the Scottish Cup could potentially be a year head of schedule in achieving European football.
The observation i'm trying to make or understand is the off-field transformation and finance structure, me personally i would have thought that 3 to 6 months ago we would have started to hear about a public listing to raise capital, given that promotion is now a certainty, have the board been caught short? given all expectations have been achieved in such a fantastic manner?. The club also i suspect will see season tickets go through the roof with or without European football.
So, the club looks more marketable to investors with bigger pot from Sky money with Prem football, why? do the three bears feel a loan is needed?.
For me the pace of the off-field transformation is questionable.
what's your thought's guy's

It's all about the Celtic for some bears!
Like Smid I would have a Scooby about big business but it has to be a better idea to get loans from within rather than from banks that can call them in or force a sale.

Ibrox Elite hahaha! you made me chuckle but trust me i too am laughing with you
Smid, i hear you with regards to the court case's still on going perhaps you are most likely right that listing the club would be difficult, with fans supporting the club to the hilt again this year our main revenue stream has been from tickets and pies and chump change from TV, the talk that Celtic are financially light years ahead of us i don't buy to tbh, you seen the size of that sqaud combined with dropped attendances this year and failings in europe?, i reckon player sales were made to balance the books and not for cash reserves. they say that Dermot Desmond is they're sugar daddy but he's been providing nothing but sweeteners
They're so called bigger budget hasn't really given the club a return for its money if you ask me and if Warb's continue's to keep a lean squad of players, surely the club will continue to benefit both financially and in player performance.

Dont think there can be a share issue until all criminal cases are finished.
Quite comfortable for more soft loans to bridge funding gap until higher revenues kick in, soft loans then to be paid in shares.
