All that effort this season, and for what?
Failing to beat mid-table teams such as Liverpool, West Brom, Chelsea and Everton?
Failing to beat the hoof merchants to the title?
Losing twice to relegation-bound Newcastle?
Absolutely atrocious. Don't actually deserve to be in the CL when you look at it like that, just fortunate that others haven't stepped up to the mark.

Today was a disgrace.
5-1 against a relegated side with 10 men there is no excuse.
This goes down as one of the worst games I have seen in my life.
I love the fact that poch cares but what's he gonna do shout at the players they go to the euros now.
We need at least 4 players of quality to compete next season but my bet will be we are the youngest squad we will improve we don't need anyone blah blah blah.
All season with one forward.
And we bought Njie (who's going back to France by the way) for mega money.
Our recruitment team should be sacked.

We've got a good first team but we lack depth. A few average games from Mason up against what Paulinho was producing last season fooled the club and fans into thinking he was of use - he's crap. Players don't get to that age without a sniff of first team football if they're good.
The bulk of the players we buy need to be with designs that they can challenge or even displace some of those in our starting 11. As harsh as it may seem, there's no point in replacing crap backup with crap backup
