Evening all. I've not been around as I've been primarily been using a phone to do my bantering, and it's just too much hassle (constantly autocorrecting, poor signal coverage, dead battery, etc) anywho...I've been mucking about a little on the facebook Derby&Forest banter board, whose collective IQ is about half of Goode Olde Van Hudson (old school 606).
Expect to see my usual brand of banality at a more consistent clip. (you've been warned) Glad to be back amongst the mostly sane...
So, tomorrow, should I bother to hold out hope? We've just beaten them 4-nil a month ago (granted @ home), and I'm relentlessly positive by nature, so I say why not 3 goals and then win through shoot-outs?
The boys have scored 3 or more goals in 20% of our matches this season, and when we're flowing we can score for fun. It's going to be down to how Wasall & Co. approach the game...and obviously got to play better at all positions. (and get Hughes out of the holding role...ffs, even I know that)
last note: what are our options @ GK?? Carson was abhorrent, I feel the 1st and 3rd goals could have been properly defended by Carson...I wasnt like either shots were laserbeams, were they?
once again, look forward to reconnecting with you motley crew, try to enjoy yerself tomorrow...remember, if we lose, there's always booze...
And finally, the poll of the week: which do you prefer, STUFF or THINGS?
Tomorrow, will it really come?

Basic organisation Wickers. Paint a few cupboards and corners pink. These are her designated things areas.
Paint the remainder blue. This is for stuff.
Works well here

I have a blue cupboard, at least I can find it easily with all the standout pink.

Just to expand further, anything belonging to the kids is crap

I've tripped over a lot of crap then.

The Hebling was only allowed a single belonging, properly stored in the neutral/UN Blue corner.

Glad someone else agrees with me about Carson and goals one and three. A 25 yard daisy cutter and he couldn't get near it for the first. The second was almost as bad. I would have expected Bywater or Findley to save those, never mind Grant, so wake up Carson.
The Findley comment was a bit of an exaggeration.

You should have the read the full OP, not just pick what suits.

Reckon you'll score a few but if Hull get one they'll keep you at arm's length. They looked a lot fitter than Derby on Saturday. Looking at the likes of Martin and his paunch do you think a few haven't kept up a decent level of fitness? Hull's third was a case in point as they charged down the pitch leaving several Rams huffing and puffing behind them.
