I think a raid on Newcastle could be quite fruitful, Sissoko & Winjaldum could probably be both picked up at a reasonable price and would do a job for us. Wouldn't mind Wanyama either.

Sissoko would be a brilliant signing, forgot about him, would be a good alternative to Dembele.

Winjaldum would be good too but I'd prefer Berahino over him

The problem with signing someone like Batshuayi or Lacazzetti, is that you either drop Kane, or tell your new signing that they're not gonna be first choice.

Neither will go down well

I do actually agree that we need a top top striker, but we're likely to get someone who doesn't mind playing back up to start with until they prove themselves.

That's likely to be someone younger and not at the top level.

Notso, why do we have to drop Kane If we buy a top striker? Going 2 upfront is not impossible mate and can be done. Infact pochettino mentioned last summer he's not afraid to go 2 up front if he gets the right player. We can't have this attitude of Kane can't be dropped so we can't buy a top striker, we buy a top striker to play with him if need be and to keep him on his toes. At the moment who does Harry Kane have to replace him? Nacer bloody Chadli a top striker in the mould of Lucazaette is needed and desperately

I think Sissoko would be better suited to a '3' rather than a '2'. Think he's at his best breaking from midfield into the box.

Wijnaldum is a good player but I'd prefer someone more pacy and direct, unless Son can develop into that player?

Don't want Berahino anywhere near the club
