Like everyone else I'm absolutely gutted about last night, that was an absolute pathetic 2nd 45 mins from us. Let's not beat around the bush here we simply choked in that second half. There were no leaders....no one to slow down the tempo, where was coutinho all game? firmino? sturridge apart from his goal? The players you'd look to to get something going. Sevilla were there for the taking after that first goal but again we don't take the most of our chances, Lovren's goal stands and it's a completely different game! Don't get me started on Alberto Moreno who was simply horrendous and for me shouldn't be our first choice left back next season. The only person who can hold there heads up after that game is Kolo Toure who was absolutely fantastic on the night.
I'll also say something else.....it's not all doom and gloom! we have a fantastic manager at the helm some Liverpool fans who criticize should pull there finger out and realize this guy has came in and got us to 2 finals in 7 months yes we've lost them, this will hurt for a while the defeat to Seville but now with the summer approaching let's see what Klopp can do, no European football is painful but that could stand us in good stead for having a crack at the league next season, we will win trophies under this fella

Disappointing last night, but the improvement Klopp has made has been amazing. He has played the hand of cards he's been dealt superbly.

That's three finals we lost on the spin and two in one season! Very hard to take especially that we had Seville where we wanted then and then just collapsed again. We have done that so many times this season and during the first half I knew we would regret those chances not taken

A first half that was totally dominant, It looked like a Sevilla side were onto a real hiding.
A total second half collapse aided by individual errors.
Klopp will be seething this morning.

It was only a matter of time before something like this happened. Having done similar to other teams in cup finals for donkeys years it was bound to happen to Liverpool eventually.
Look on the positive side, at least we weren't 3-0 up at half time.
The WUMs are out in force and will be for a week or so but hey, what goes around comes around.

GK, CB x 2, LB, DM, WF, CM needed
Pace & dynamism in the middle of the pitch, width, and defensively what can you say. They have been a consistent shambles. More pace in the middle will protect them a bit better though
Hate to say it but JH has gone backwards in the last 2 seasons so should have a real fight for a place
