An interesting read. I do think Jose will be a success, and quickly. The club have a habit of backing the new manager, he should be able to get most of the players he wants, or at least cover the positions he feels needs new talent in.
Unless he does something completely daft, he has my backing, as have every other manager.
Here's hoping for a great season.

I quite wanted Mourinho to join us when SAF left. He is still a good bet.
However, the article quite clearly specifies that there is no surefire 'winning' strategy and coaches who have won it in the past may apply similar constructs on their new charges often with mixed results.

Yes, it's really why I posted it. Whilst I think there is a good chance it will work out, he is after all a great coach, there is no guarantee.
