In the books, Aegon has made it to Westeros and is planning his assault on Storm's End (Barratheon seat) and then King's Landing.

Dany, meanwhile, is STILL in Slaver's Bay and we are left at that scene where she is surrounded by a hoard of Dothraki after being flown off into the distance by Drogon.

The 3 eyed raven dude did once say to Bran that he'll never walk again "but you will fly", but that's pretty much it really.

ah yeah good point I'd forgotten that, although could that be he flys as the 3 eyed raven? As in him flying is how he jumps into visions etc???
